Philosophy and values
As our customers' advocates in the public, political and media spheres, our role is to act as an interface and facilitate contact with elected representatives and journalists. We position ourselves as your advisory partner, while at the same time being a true expert in public decision-making, lobbying and the press, as well as a lever for action with public authorities and national, regional and opinion media.
Indeed, "Marengo" was above all Napoleon's most loyal partner, his "man" in the shadows: his best horse and steed.
Coordination of public relations and communications
Our firm's human scale allows us to be agile and avoid "silos" between teams. The company's HR policy aims to recruit experts in their field, enabling us to offer our customers a single agency capable of managing both public relations and communications; a source of time savings and efficiency.
Stability of consultants in the follow-up of files
The company's HR policy means that turnover is extremely low, guaranteeing you a relationship of trust, continuity and stability in the follow-up of your file, as well as longevity and relevance in the advice given.
Territorial perspective
In addition to our presence in Paris, the background of our team and our founder explains why we place so much emphasis on the regions in our recommendations and actions. To change a decision in Paris, it's sometimes much more effective to go through the "field", whether at political level (constituencies) or media level (PQR, regional correspondents).
Seniority
Our files are always handled by a senior member of staff and someone with experience. Our interns and young associates play a supporting role, but our business model is designed to guarantee a high level of service (no "army" of interns).
Integrity and transparency
Innovation
We use artificial intelligence tools as part of our recommendations and follow-up, and try to be as innovative as possible in our strategies if this brings effective results.
